If the qualification of tertiary enterprises is upgraded, there are requirements for the management area of the stock. If an enterprise is upgraded from the third-level qualification to the second-level qualification, according to the provisions of Article 5, the total stock management area of non-residential buildings such as high-rise, multi-storey and villas is not less than 6.5438+0.78 million square meters, and the first-level qualification management area is not less than 3.65 million square meters, which meets one of the necessary conditions for upgrading.
The state does not stipulate that third-class and temporary third-class property service enterprises may not manage high-rise buildings, nor does it stipulate that property companies provide the same property services. The fees charged by low-qualified property companies may be reduced, and what is not stipulated by laws and regulations can be done or not.
