According to the report, the number of elderly people who use Gaode taxis to help the elderly has increased by 1.5 times year-on-year, and the frequency of elderly people using mobile phones to call taxis has also increased by 43%.

This year, "promoting the aging of transportation services" was listed as one of the 12 practical things closer to people's livelihood by the Ministry of Transport. In the past year, Gaode taxi service helped the elderly to travel 70 million kilometers, among which the top five cities were Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Guangzhou and Hangzhou. With the lowering of the use threshold, "calling a car without destination" has become exclusive to the elderly, and the elderly do not need mobile phones to enter the car. On the eve of the Double Ninth Festival, Gao De took a taxi and released the "Annual Report on Helping the Old and Warm-hearted Travel Plan" for the first time. According to the report, since the travel plan for the elderly was launched in May 438+1October last year, the Gaode taxi aggregation platform has provided 1 1 10,000 taxi services for the elderly, with a cumulative service mileage of 70 million kilometers. Among them, the five cities with the most accumulated service mileage are Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Guangzhou and Hangzhou.

In order to facilitate the "first kilometer" for the elderly to travel, the China Foundation for the Development of the Aged and Gaode Taxi jointly built a warm taxi station to help the elderly scan the code and call a taxi. Build warm-hearted post stations in communities, hospitals and other places where the elderly often move, so that the elderly can see and use taxi services and help them in their lives.

Up to now, 3 1 city has built warm-hearted stations to help the elderly take taxis, and more than 3,300 warm-hearted stations have been opened. The data shows that the five cities with the largest cumulative service mileage of Warm Heart Station are Beijing, Qingdao, Jinan, Hefei and Hangzhou.

The number and service mileage of warm heart stations in Beijing rank first in the country. At present, more than 800 taxi heating stations have been put into use in Beijing. Among them, the Beijing Municipal Transportation Commission has formulated a work plan for the intelligent upgrading and transformation of taxi recruitment stations, and entrusted Gaode to digitally upgrade and transform about 430 taxi recruitment stations to increase the function of helping the elderly to take taxis. In addition, there are more than 400 warm-hearted post stations, which are set up by Beijing military retired cadres resettlement center, districts, streets and communities, and various property companies.

Helping the elderly to travel presents a trend of "three more"

Following last year's listing of "making it easier for the elderly to travel by taxi" as a practical matter closer to people's livelihood, the Ministry of Transport has made it a key task for the elderly to get out of the ranks for the second consecutive year this year, and listed "promoting transportation services for the elderly" as a practical matter closer to people's livelihood.

The "Report" shows that the travel plan to help the elderly and warm their hearts is showing a "three more" trend of multi-flowering, multi-party cooperation and diverse services.

In addition to the first-tier cities such as Beishangguangshen and Shenzhen, cities such as Baoding in Hebei and Shangluo in Henan have digitally upgraded taxi stops and bus stops, and added taxi services for the elderly to the original transportation infrastructure. Based on the cultural tourism scene, Dayi County, Chengdu is fully equipped with taxis to help the elderly in the transportation hub and major scenic spots in the county, creating a pilot project of cultural tourism to help the elderly travel in the county.

With the opening of the Warm Heart Station, travel subsidies to help the elderly to seek medical treatment have been distributed to the elderly over 60 years old in ten cities including Beijing, Hangzhou, Shanghai, Tianjin, Nanjing, Xi, Guangzhou, Zhengzhou, Shangluo and Kunming. Every old man can receive 50 yuan allowance every quarter, and accumulate 200 yuan every year, which can be used to reduce or exempt taxi fare when traveling for medical treatment.

In mid-July, China Foundation for the Development of Aging and Gaode Taxi jointly launched the "Silver Youth League", which is the first volunteer service team in China to support the travel of the elderly. The Youth League with Silver Hair has more than 1000 volunteers, mainly young people under the age of 65, supplemented by young volunteers, covering more than 20 communities in Beijing/kloc-0. Young volunteers use the knowledge of the Internet to make a series of videos on "Helping the elderly to travel in public classes" for the elderly to learn and use digital travel services such as helping the elderly to take a taxi. Young elderly volunteers carry out activities such as helping the elderly with wisdom and accompanying the elderly in the community every day to help the elderly travel.

Since the establishment of the silver-haired youth league two months ago, it has carried out nearly 20 activities to help the elderly with wisdom and accompanied the elderly to the hospital for medical treatment many times. Before the Double Ninth Festival, the Women's Federation of Dongcheng District of Beijing organized nine elderly people over 70 who could not go out all the year round due to physical reasons, and realized their wish to visit the park.
