Eighth building construction units, engineering supervision units and building fire control facilities design units, construction units, design audit units, completion acceptance units, responsible for the quality of building fire control facilities according to law. Chapter III Maintenance Article 9 Building fire control facilities shall be maintained by the building property right unit, or by the user unit or property service enterprise entrusted by the property right unit. (three) according to the requirements of the fire control institutions of public security organs to establish special files of building fire control facilities;
(four) other duties as prescribed by laws, regulations and rules. Eleventh units with fire control room, area alarm controller or fire pump shall be equipped with automatic fire control system operators who have obtained employment certificates according to law. The fire control room should be on duty 24 hours a day. Article 12 The key units of fire control safety determined by the fire control institutions of public security organs shall check the building fire control facilities 1 time every day, and other units shall check the building fire control facilities 1 time at least every week. Inspection personnel shall fill in inspection records as required. Thirteenth building property units or users, property services companies should conduct at least 1 single inspection of building fire protection facilities every month, test the single function of building fire protection facilities, and fill in the single inspection records in accordance with the regulations. Article 14 The property owner or user of a building and the realty service enterprise shall conduct at least 1 joint inspection of building fire-fighting facilities every year, conduct a comprehensive inspection and evaluation of the functions of building fire-fighting facilities, and fill in the joint inspection records in accordance with regulations. The annual linkage inspection records of key units of fire safety determined by the fire control institutions of public security organs shall be reported to the fire control institutions of local public security organs for the record before 65438+30 February each year. Fifteenth units that do not have the conditions for single detection and joint detection of building fire protection facilities may entrust units with the qualification of building fire protection facilities to carry out detection. The testing unit is responsible for the testing results. Sixteenth building property units or users, property services companies should be based on environmental conditions and product technical performance requirements, maintenance, repair and replacement of building fire facilities. Seventeenth building fire facilities due to renovation, overhaul failure or stop using, building property units or users, property services companies should take corresponding emergency measures, and immediately to the local public security organs for the record.
