How to obtain the certificate of assistant property manager

1, property manager (national level 4) (only one of the following conditions is required): (1) After the primary formal training of this major reaches the required standard, he has obtained the graduation (completion) certificate; (two) in this occupation practice for more than one year; (3) College degree or above in this major or related major.

2. Assistant property manager (national level III) (only one of the following conditions is required): (1) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the professional property manager, he has been engaged in the professional work for more than two years, and has been formally trained by the professional assistant property manager to reach the required standard hours, and has obtained the graduation (completion) certificate; (2) Have a bachelor's degree (including equivalent education) and have been engaged in this profession for more than one year, and have been formally trained by this professional assistant property manager to reach the required standard hours, and obtained a graduation (completion) certificate; (3) Have a college degree in this major or related major, have been engaged in this profession for more than three years continuously, have been formally trained by this professional assistant property manager to reach the required standard hours, and have obtained a graduation (completion) certificate; (4) Have a high school or technical secondary school education, have been engaged in this profession for more than seven years continuously, have been formally trained by this professional assistant property manager to reach the required standard hours, and have obtained a graduation (completion) certificate.

3. Property manager (national level II) (only one of the following conditions is required): (1) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the professional assistant property manager, he has reached the required standard hours through the formal training of the professional teacher level and obtained the graduation (completion) certificate; (2) Having been engaged in the professional work for more than two years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the professional property assistant manager.
