13. Any production safety incident (see Note 2) that has a significant negative impact on the market image and social image of the Group, listed companies and Beijing area during the implementation of the responsibility letter shall be reported to the regional safety committee by the property management company according to the specific situation and given to informed criticism. The person in charge of production safety will deduct 10-30% of the year-end bonus, be demoted and pay reduced, and will not enjoy other punishment measures within one year. 14. In case of fire or other accidents or incidents other than those mentioned above during the execution of the responsibility letter, and the relevant units of the company are notified and punished by the competent government department, the property management company will report to the regional safety committee and give it to informed criticism, and the relevant responsible persons and responsible units will be disqualified for the evaluation in that year, and 2-5 points will be deducted from the performance contract.

15. Where the safety internal audit of the group, listed companies and regions fails to implement the "work requirements" of this responsibility letter for production safety, the property management company will report it to the regional safety committee according to the specific situation, give it to informed criticism, and deduct 5-10% of the year-end bonus of the person responsible for production safety; Cancel the qualifications of relevant responsible persons and responsible units in the current year, and deduct 2-5 points from the performance contract.

16. If an accident occurs during the execution of the responsibility book and fails to meet the requirements of reporting to the superior company, the security committee of the property company will give informed criticism, cancel the qualifications of relevant responsible persons and responsible units in that year, and deduct 2-5 points from the performance contract.

17. In case of continuous accidents during the execution of the responsibility book, the punishment shall be doubled according to the accident level; If casualties and property losses occur at the same time in the accident, they shall be punished according to the upper limit of the severity and influence of the accident.

18. The administrative fine imposed by the competent government department on the responsible person shall be borne by the responsible person.

19. If the responsible person leaves his post after the accident, the bonus will be deducted at one time according to the bonus and salary level of the previous year.

20. The above punishment does not exempt the person responsible for the accident from the relevant legal responsibilities and other punishment measures that the company may take to terminate the labor contract.
