Is it reasonable that the "car restriction order" of a residential property in Nanjing is questioned, and the owners are not allowed to enter the residential area without buying a parking space?

It is obviously unreasonable for the owner not to buy a parking space or enter the community. No one is forced to buy a parking space to enter the community. Owners pay for parking in the community and cannot discriminate.

Encountering such a property is a great torment to the owners. They didn't respect the owners well, and they didn't perform their duties well. On the contrary, they set various terms when serving the owners, which will bring bad influence and experience. As long as the owners pay the parking fee on time, then the property should not prevent them from entering the community, which will be very unreasonable, but also bring bad influence and easily cause the owners' public anger.

Parking is the freedom of the owners, what's more, they don't take advantage of anyone, but act according to the regulations, so the behavior of the property makes people feel very hateful. Property should serve the owners well, and think more about the owners, rather than just taking care of their own interests. It can't be unreasonable, which will cause the owners' dissatisfaction.
