3. 1? Preparation before opening the ladder

3. 1.3 Before picking up passengers for the first time every day, the driver will try to get on and off the elevator once to check whether it is normal.

. 1.4 When checking the hall doors of each floor, if the hall doors are not closed, the elevator cannot run. ?

3. 1.5 When the elevator is closing, it should stop closing and open the door in the opposite direction, otherwise it will stop running. ?

3. 1.6 Pay attention to the leveling accuracy and sound of the elevator.

3.2? Notes for normal operation?

3.2. 1 The driver can't leave his post when the elevator is running. If you have something to leave, be sure to lock the ladder and put up a sign. 3.2.2 Control the number of passengers, which shall not exceed the rated load of the elevator. ?

3.2.3 Passengers are forbidden to bring inflammable, explosive, polluting, intimidating or threatening animals and plants into the elevator. 3.2.4 It is forbidden to press panic button when the lobby or car is open.

? 3.2.5 Non-maintenance personnel enter the elevator car roof. ?

3.2.6 When the elevator is running, its normal operation mode shall not be changed. ?

3.2.7 When the elevator is running, it is forbidden to wipe, lubricate or repair the moving parts by yourself.

3.3? Matters needing attention when finding elevator abnormality:

3.3. 1 If the elevator speed is found to be fast or slow during operation, stop immediately and notify the maintenance personnel to check it, so as to avoid danger. ?

3.3.2 When the elevator car door is closed, press the up or down switch button, and the car cannot be started. Stop the elevator and check to prevent the motor from burning or locking.

3.3.3 If it is found that the elevator hall door or car door is not closed, it can still start running, and the maintenance personnel shall be notified for maintenance.

3.3.4 If the lifting direction of the elevator car is inconsistent with the predetermined direction or the actual floor, the inspection shall be stopped.

3.3.5 If the elevator is out of control, press the emergency stop button, disconnect the running circuit, and notify the maintenance personnel to check.

3.3.6 The elevator suddenly loses power during operation. If it is not in the flat area, call the maintenance personnel for rescue.

3.3.7 If any noise, abnormal sound, crash sound and burning smell are found during elevator operation, stop the operation immediately and notify the maintenance personnel for inspection. ?

3.3.8 If you find water leakage or oil dripping in the car, you should immediately notify the mechanic.

3.3.9 When the car has the phenomenon of rushing to the top and squatting at the bottom under normal load, it shall immediately notify the maintenance personnel.

3.5? What measures should be taken in an emergency?

3.5. 1 When the elevator runs out of control or overspeed, the driver should first keep calm, quickly press the emergency stop switch or stop by himself with the help of other safety devices of the elevator, and then make an external call. Drivers and passengers are strictly forbidden to get off. ? 3.5.2 When the safety braking car and elevator components break, fall, and the car collides, the elevator should be kept in its original position, and emergency calls should be made to contact the maintenance personnel for rescue.
