Candidates who apply for the Municipal Audit Bureau, Science and Technology Bureau and Forestry Bureau must be full-time undergraduate and above graduates from ordinary colleges and universities in 2007 and 2008. Candidates applying for Lu Opera Troupe must be graduates of full-time general art colleges with technical secondary schools or above in 2007 and 2008.

(2) Qualification examination

Candidates' qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. (4) Interview (100)

According to the recruitment plan and written test results, from high score to low score, the interviewer list is determined in turn according to the ratio of 1: 2. (5) Physical examination and evaluation

According to the total score, from high score to low score, the candidates who enter the medical examination scope are determined according to the ratio of not less than 65438+ 0.2 times of the number of recruits, and the medical examinations are organized in equal numbers in turn. After the physical examination, those who pass the physical examination will be assessed, and the assessment work will be carried out with reference to the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Open Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Qingdao.

Fourth, determine the personnel to be hired.

According to the principles of openness, fairness and justice, according to the total test scores and physical examination results, the personnel to be hired are determined from high score to low score by major. The list of persons to be hired was publicized on Laixi Talent Network for 7 days.

After publicity, if there is no objection, the recruiting unit shall be responsible for organizing to fill in the Summary Table of Employed Persons in Institutions and the Registration Form of Employed Persons in Institutions and report to the Municipal Personnel Bureau. The Municipal Personnel Bureau issued the Notice of Recruiting Personnel in Public Institutions, and the personnel to be hired shall go through the relevant transfer and dispatch procedures with the Notice of Recruiting Personnel in Public Institutions.

The employed personnel shall implement the probation system and sign an employment contract with the employing unit. The probation period is one year. After the probation period, those who pass the examination will renew the employment contract, and those who fail will be dismissed. After the probation period expires, the relevant files and main materials are still incomplete, which shall be regarded as unqualified according to the regulations and dismissed.
