The north side is a wetland environment, and the surrounding businesses and supporting facilities are not perfect. It's close to the hospital, of course. As for the school, no school has been found so far.

The reputation of Zhonghai Longwan and Zhonghai in Yinchuan is still good, and the property management in residential areas is also better. Zhonghai Longwan is adjacent to Jacky South Street, with Diannong River in the north and mature Zhonghai community in the south. The surrounding businesses have begun to take shape, and there are many restaurants. There are several schools around.

Personally, I think Zhonghai Longwan is relatively better.
