Are secret connection and sub-secret connection isolated together?

Close contact and sub-close contact are not isolated.

Close contacts are isolated at centralized isolation points. Nucleic acid was detected on days 1, 4, 7, 10 and 14 of centralized isolation. Sub-secret connectors are isolated at home in the community, and centralized isolation without home isolation conditions is not allowed to go out. Community hospitals will come to 1, 4 and 7 for nucleic acid detection, and residential property will arrange personnel to collect garbage.

Close contacts of confirmed cases are as follows:

1, defining the time point, starting from 2 days before the symptoms of suspected cases and confirmed cases, or starting from 2 days before the sampling of asymptomatic infected persons;

2. Have close contact with suspected cases, confirmed cases or asymptomatic infected persons;

3. No effective protective measures have been taken. Close contacts should complete the epidemiological investigation of the case within 24 hours.

The close contacts of the second close contact are as follows:

1, attention period, starting from the first contact between close contacts and cases or asymptomatic infected persons until the close contacts are isolated and managed;

2. Close contact with close contacts, such as living and working in the same closed environment, having dinner and entertainment;

3. No effective protective measures have been taken.

Article 39 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases, when a medical institution discovers a Class A infectious disease, it shall take the following measures in time: (1) isolate the patient and the pathogen carrier, and determine the isolation period according to the medical examination results; (two) for suspected patients, isolation treatment in designated places before diagnosis; (3) Carry out medical observation and take other necessary preventive measures at designated places for patients, pathogen carriers and close contacts of suspected patients in medical institutions. The public security organ may assist medical institutions to take compulsory isolation treatment measures if they refuse isolation treatment or leave isolation treatment without authorization before the expiration of isolation period. Medical institutions should take necessary treatment and control measures according to the condition when they find patients with Class B and Class C infectious diseases. Medical institutions must, in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, disinfect and dispose of places, articles and medical wastes contaminated by infectious disease pathogens in their own units.
