Dear owners, regarding the heating and cooling system in our community, the developer promised two warranty periods: heating period and cooling period. Time flies. Now that the warranty period has passed, we are facing some maintenance problems. Faced with these problems, we can't just rely on property to solve them. In fact, property, heating companies and our owners themselves all play an important role in this incident.

Multiple responsibilities

The property failed to overhaul the heating facilities in time, which led to the leakage of the connecting pipe of the floor heating water inlet pipe and seriously damaged the kitchen floor. The heating company is also responsible for the water leakage when it opens the valve to drain water without ensuring the normal operation of the system. And our owners themselves, if they don't check the condition of heating facilities in time, should also bear certain negligence responsibility.
