Does the property fee have a valid period?

Legal analysis: Generally speaking, there is only a time limit for the payment of property fees, and the time limit for payment is subject to the contents of the signed property service contract. For disputes caused by property fees, the limitation of action is three years.

Legal basis: Before the expiration of Article 26 of the Property Management Regulations, if the property service contract signed by the owners' committee and the selected property service enterprise comes into effect, the previous property service contract will be terminated.
