Three, universities, vocational colleges and technical colleges to implement closed management. Primary and secondary schools, schools and kindergartens suspend back-to-school and offline teaching. Off-campus training institutions suspend offline teaching, and care institutions suspend services.

Four, in addition to ensure the normal operation of public life and the basic operation of the city, water, electricity, fuel, gas, communications, health, food and oil supply, supermarkets, pharmacies, medical institutions, catering enterprises and other industries and places, the rest of the business premises will be suspended. All streets and communities should strengthen the static code analysis verification work such as "site code", and must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid detection within 24 hours when entering the above-mentioned sites.

Five, the whole region nucleic acid detection. According to the requirement of "everyone should check, and no one should be missed", the citizens of the whole region take part in all rounds of nucleic acid testing, take part in nucleic acid testing in different periods according to the notice of their neighboring communities, strictly protect themselves, wear masks regularly, keep the distance above 1 meter, and return home immediately after testing.

The above measures will be dynamically adjusted according to the situation of epidemic prevention and control. Medium and high risk areas and temporary control areas continue to be implemented with reference to relevant epidemic prevention policies. Units and individuals that fail to perform their main responsibilities and refuse to implement epidemic prevention requirements, resulting in the spread of the epidemic, will be investigated for legal responsibility according to law.
