The goal of the property environment

The essence of property environmental management is to follow the social and economic development and natural laws, take effective measures to influence and restrain the behaviors of property owners, users and beneficiaries, so as to achieve a better balance between their activities and environmental quality, ensure the normal and good working and living order of the property, create a beautiful and comfortable working and living environment, ensure the realization of property economic value, and finally achieve the unity of property economic benefits, social benefits and environmental benefits. According to this overall goal, the specific objectives of property environmental management mainly include the following aspects:

(a) the rational development and utilization of natural resources in the property area, maintain the ecological balance of the property area, prevent the natural environment and social environment of the property area from being damaged and polluted, and make it more suitable for human labor and life and the survival and development of natural organisms.

To achieve this goal, we must organically combine the management and governance of the property environment, that is, rationally utilize resources and prevent environmental pollution; After producing environmental pollution, do a good job in comprehensive management and remediation. These are two important aspects to prevent environmental pollution and ecological damage.
