The key activity of this activity is the "One Help One, Help the Elderly Give Love Online" activity jointly carried out with Genshan Street Community Service Center in Xiacheng District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. This activity began in the early morning of July 2. In the multi-functional electronic reading room in the community, the staff of the community service center arranged for us to have a simple meeting with another 10 elderly people who participated in the study of "helping the elderly get online". We are paired with the elderly in eight communities within our jurisdiction. As far as we know, these old people all have computers at home, but because of no guidance, they have never touched computers and can't even switch them on or off. However, under the patient guidance of our team members, the old people have initially learned and mastered the computer hardware composition, on-off function, computer desktop icon, IE browser opening, basic keyboard operation, simple text input methods and basic knowledge of surfing the Internet within five days. Briefly introduce the meaning of World Wide Web and website; Introduce three major portals, common search engines and their usage; This paper introduces the meaning of e-mail address, application and use, online chat posting and the use of game websites such as winger and Lianzhong. In order to increase our interest in learning, we also introduce three sentences of everyday English every day. The team members' patient and innovative explanations were well received by the elderly present and the staff of Genshan Street Community Service Center.

During the activity, it received extensive attention from all walks of life. Guo Ke, the stationmaster of Genshan Street Cultural Station and Information Management Station in Xiacheng District, Hangzhou, the leaders of Zhejiang Working Committee on Aging, Dongfang Seniors Network, and the representatives of Hangzhou Association for Science and Technology for the Aged gave us some guidance or valuable suggestions. Journalists from Zhejiang Daily and Hangzhou TV also interviewed our activities. To our delight, our student ranks have also expanded. In addition to the established 20 elderly students, there are also primary and secondary school students from 8 communities in the jurisdiction, and middle-aged people are famous. There are also four teachers in Genshan Kindergarten. The multifunctional electronic reading room, which was originally deserted, was suddenly overcrowded, and students expressed their hope to learn some useful computer knowledge and enrich their spare time. As an uncle called "old urchin" in Kyoto Garden said: "Now everyone's living standard is good, and computers have become popular household appliances. But the computer at home is only turned on when children or children are around. What we see is not what we old people care about. In fact, we really want to study, but many people think that we old people are out of touch with new things, old and have a bad memory. If we teach, we will forget. The family is impatient and will let us go. " This is the main reason why the elderly can't use computers and surf the Internet.

In view of this series of situations, we made preparations before the activity began. All our team members actively cooperated and produced various forms of teaching materials, including written materials, CDs and diskettes, and distributed them to students. In the selection of teaching materials, we have also tried our best to produce teaching materials that are easy to understand and acceptable to the elderly, which are entertaining and fully arouse the learning enthusiasm of the elderly. In the process of teaching, we also carry out teaching work in pairs according to the characteristics of the elderly. After each day's work, we should summarize it in time to lay a good foundation for the next day's work.

In addition, we also cooperated with the community to organize the anti-drug publicity and some publicity on popularizing the law, which achieved certain results.

The team members showed a strong sense of responsibility in the activities, and the teaching work was meticulous. Our work may not be as difficult as the students who go to the countryside, but in order to give lessons to the old people on time every day, the team members have to squeeze the bus to the practice base before 7 o'clock every morning and change trains on the way. It was hot in those days, so many people transformed the top floor of this flat top floor into a multifunctional electronic reading room, which made the air look stuffy. Due to the increase of students, our team members basically have to bring more than two students, and team members should constantly guide and demonstrate. At the end of the day, they were thirsty and dumb. Besides, there are not enough chairs in the room, and sometimes players have to stand all day. Our troubles don't stop there. The community is being renovated, so there are no small restaurants and other shops nearby. Occasionally, the sanitary conditions are very poor. The team members go to a restaurant two blocks away for dinner every day, and then come back for afternoon activities. In such an environment, the team members have always maintained the humility and courtesy of our students in Hangdian University, and always taught with a smile, showing amazing perseverance and patience.

During the activity, the branch gave us great support and help. Our tutor constantly gives us guidance and meticulous care in the activities.
