The new property service charge policy aims to implement the "one-fee system" for property service charges in accordance with the requirements of "Shaanxi Province Property Service Charge Management Measures". Shared electricity and elevator fees in the property management area are included in the cost of property service fees, and are no longer charged separately. According to the provisions of Article 15 of the Municipal Measures, the property service fee and parking service fee shall be charged monthly according to the contract, and the advance payment shall not exceed three months (unless the owner voluntarily pays).
