Can I decorate without going to the property approval?

You should go to the property management office to inform. If the gas pipeline is displaced, it must be reported to the gas company, which is responsible for the construction. The decoration company shall not dismantle or alter the gas pipeline without authorization.

You can also change it, but you can't let the decoration company do it.

Article 6 of law no.6. The Management Measures for Residential Decoration 1 10 of the Ministry of Construction clearly stipulates that it is forbidden for owners to change gas pipelines without permission.
