Who should pay for the heating of renting a house?

Legal analysis: Generally speaking, the landlord guarantees that the house is in a habitable state, and the heating fee is paid by the landlord. Under normal circumstances, the tenant is responsible for paying all the expenses incurred during the period of renting, and the landlord will not pay any fees during the period of the tenant's residence.

Legal basis: Article 7 of the Regulations on Property Management: Owners shall perform the following obligations in property management activities:
