There is no property fee in Xinqiao Community, but the heating fee is 16.5 yuan/m2/month.

Landscape outside the museum, property fee: 0.43 yuan/m2/month, heating 19.

It is not recommended to stay in the landscape and green island home outside the pavilion. First, the traffic is inconvenient. Second, the landscape outside the museum is very close to the home of Green Island, but there is a stinking ditch in the middle. Although there is no water in it, it looks disgusting.

If you want to be cheaper, you'd better live in Rose Garden Community, Xinqiao Community or Pudong Community. Recommend Pudong Community (actually, I live here) and strongly recommend Xinqiao Community, because the traffic in Xinqiao Community is the best in all communities (not the two 20-story Xinqiao homes next to Xinqiao Station, which are too close to the road, chaotic and expensive, but the Xinqiao Community next to Dayu No.2 Primary School, which has a good environment and the best primary and secondary schools in Mentougou. ! ! ! )
