What is quasi property?

The so-called quasi-property management mode is to set up a property company based on the street, and determine the property charging standard and service standard according to the actual situation of many low-income families in the old residential areas under the jurisdiction. Property management is not for profit, and the loss is partially subsidized by the government. Its essence is the welfare of community management.
