Is it reasonable for property management companies to unilaterally raise the price of property management fees? What should we do?

A property management company may not unilaterally request an increase in property management fees. The collection standard of property management fees shall be subject to the stipulations in the property management contract or the commercial housing sales contract. In addition to government price adjustment, developers and property management companies are not allowed to unilaterally increase prices. If it is really necessary to increase, the owners' meeting must be held, and the increase can only be made with the consent of the owners. If the property raises the charging standard of the property management fee without authorization, the owner may ask the price department to coordinate, or settle it through arbitration or litigation.
