Provisions for the reduction and exemption of property fees for low-income families are as follows:

* The lowest-income families who implement property management in old residential quarters, fixed-sale houses, low-income families' houses, etc. have real difficulties, and the property service fee can be reduced or exempted upon application.

* The lowest-income families refer to the families of poor workers recognized by the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions and the low-income and low-income marginal families recognized by the district civil affairs departments. The lowest-income families shall hold the "Relief Certificate for Poor Workers' Families, Low-income Families and Low-income Marginal Families" issued by the accreditation department.

* If the subsidy policy for families with the lowest income difficulties implemented by the district government contains relevant property service fees, it shall be implemented according to the original provisions, and the family will no longer enjoy the property service fee reduction and exemption policy.

* The lowest-income families will not be exempted from renting their houses to others.

* The lowest-income families living in autonomous communities will not be included in the scope of assistance for the time being.
