How many levels of property service enterprise qualification are there? What property projects can be undertaken separately?

According to the Measures for the Administration of Property Management Enterprise Qualification promulgated by the Ministry of Construction on March 17, 2004, the property management services undertaken by different qualification levels are different, namely:

(1) A first-class qualified property management enterprise can undertake all kinds of property management services;

(2) Grade II qualified property management enterprises can undertake property management services for residential projects below 300,000 square meters and non-residential projects below 80,000 square meters;

(3) Property management enterprises with Grade III qualification can undertake property management services for residential projects below 20m2 and non-residential projects below 50,000m2.
