1. Property management houses are built in accordance with the relevant provisions of real estate development and construction. The development and construction unit collectively transfers to the owner of the house at the cost price, which is used as the property management office, the personnel on duty and the storage room for tools and materials. Property management houses are approved by the owners' meeting, and some buildings are used for business, and the income generated is distributed according to the resolutions of the owners' meeting.

2. Property management houses with a construction area of less than100,000 square meters shall be shared by not less than four thousandths of the total construction area, but not less than fifty square meters; Property management room in the owners' committee meeting room by not less than 30 square meters configuration.

3. According to the Property Law and the Regulations on Property Management, property rooms can be used for personal use except for equipment and facilities. Property duty rooms, property staff dormitories, warehouses, canteens and kitchens for personal use cannot be used for non-property management purposes, and it is forbidden to open to the public. For property management houses, all the storefronts or houses used for business in the community can be called property management houses.

According to Article 63 of the Regulations on Property Management, if a property service enterprise changes the use of its property management premises without the consent of the owners' meeting, the real estate administrative department of the local people's government at or above the county level shall order it to make corrections within a time limit, give it a warning and impose a fine of more than 654.38 million yuan but less than 654.38 million yuan.

Property management houses must be used for property services. Except for the duty area and dormitory of the property office, other equipment and facilities must be built and used according to the planned purpose.
