Community property charging standard

Ordinary residential property service fees are generally charged at government-guided prices. The property company calculates the property fee according to the facilities and equipment of the service community, the local price level and the property service standard, reports it to the property management department for the record, and charges it after being approved by the price bureau.

First of all, only with the approval of the price bureau can fees be charged. Without approval, it is arbitrary charges, which can be reported to the competent government departments and investigated.

Secondly, even if the property management fee is not paid, the property management company has no right to cut off water and electricity, because the owner's water and electricity use is a contract signed with the water supply and power supply department, and it is illegal for the property management company to cut off water and electricity, so they can be sued.

Thirdly, the standard of property fees is closely related to local labor costs and price levels. In property management, the labor cost accounts for about 50% (many of them are as high as 60% now), so the property fee is reasonable and should be considered comprehensively.
