Before the contract comes into effect, you need to pay an additional rent of 2000 yen/day.

When you check in, you need to pay a one-time accommodation fee of 30,000 yen, a property fee of 40,000 yen, and a lighting and heating fee of 8,000 yen.

Shuttle service: only on the date specified by the school; You can pick up and drop off from the airport to the dormitory (4000 Haneda 2000). The pick-up place outside the school's limited date is at the west exit of Shinjuku (1000 yen).

A brand-new set of bedding is 7,000 yen (including quilt, mattress, pillow, quilt cover and pillowcase). Rental fee: 2000 yen per month for bedding and 2000 yen per month for bicycles. The number of applications before going is limited.
