1. 2. Before decoration, it is necessary to clarify some decoration terms, such as beech, black walnut, white walnut, clear oil, etc., so that we can actively discuss the decoration problems and facilitate the smooth progress of future projects.

3. Choose a decoration company or a decoration team. Choose a decoration company or team with industrial and commercial business license and construction qualification. Only by choosing a qualified decoration company or team can the decoration quality be guaranteed. And in the event of a dispute, unqualified decoration companies or teams will disappear without a trace.

4. Carefully design the decoration design scheme. 5. Sign renovation contract. If the decoration scheme design is satisfactory and passed the audit of the property company, it will enter the stage of signing the contract. First of all, we must sign an agreement with the decoration unit. The main contents of the agreement should include: room decoration, material selection, style, construction technology, decoration time, expenses and payment methods, and handling of liability for breach of contract. The contents of the contract should be as complete as possible. You also need to sign a decoration warranty contract with the property management company. This contract mainly requires the owner to promise not to damage the safety of the house, not to dismantle and change the facilities used by * *, and not to disturb the people. The contract must also state the garbage piled up at the designated place, the time arrangement of decoration, the management of decoration personnel entering and leaving the community, whether the elevator is needed for decoration, the amount of decoration deposit and the handling of liability for breach of contract. After signing this contract, the owner shall pay the renovation deposit to the property management company. The property management company shall issue a certificate for the decoration construction unit to enter and leave the community.

6. Construction stage. After completing the above procedures, you can decorate. In the process of decoration, the owner should check more to prevent the decoration company or decoration team from cutting corners and whether the construction is strictly in accordance with the standard construction technology requirements. Property companies should also strengthen daily supervision to prevent the demolition of facilities and damage to load-bearing structures.

7. Acceptance stage. Like signing a contract, acceptance also includes two aspects. On the one hand, the owner's acceptance of the decoration quality mainly depends on whether it meets the design requirements; On the other hand, the property management unit checks whether the decoration damages the facilities, the load-bearing structure and the ground leakage. If there is no problem, the decoration deposit should be returned to the owner in full. If there is any damage, the property management company should ask the decorator to compensate for the related losses. If there is any dispute, you can complain to the real estate administrative department or solve it through judicial channels.
