Application conditions:

Property Manager (under one of the following circumstances)

1 Obtained the professional qualification certificate of assistant property manager and engaged in senior property management for more than 2 years.

College degree, engaged in senior property management for more than 8 years.

4. Have a high school education and have been engaged in senior property management 10 years or more.

Assistant Property Manager (meeting one of the following conditions)

1 Obtained the professional qualification certificate of the professional property manager or engaged in the senior management of the property for more than three years.

2. A bachelor's degree in property or related major.

Property Manager (under one of the following circumstances)

1 Having worked in the property continuously for more than one year.

2. Those who have obtained a junior college diploma in property or related majors.

Examination date:

There is a national unified examination in May and June every year165438+1October.
