The Decision of the People's Government of Shandong Province on Promulgating the Clean-up Results of Government Regulations has been adopted at the 85th executive meeting of the 2010+0/.24 provincial government, and is hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.

Decision of Shandong Provincial People's Government on Promulgating the Clean-up Results of Government Regulations

According to the requirements of the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Doing a Good Job in Cleaning up Regulations (Guo Ban Fa [20 10] No.28), after cleaning up 207 provincial government regulations issued in our province four months before 2010, the provincial government decided to abolish the Measures for the Administration of Hotels, Lettering and Secondhand Goods in Shandong Province. Eight government regulations, such as the Trial Regulations on the Work of Workers' Schools in Shandong Province, were declared invalid, and 165 government regulations, such as the Provisions on the Self-taught Examination of Higher Education in Shandong Province, were decided to remain valid.
