Should the South Asia Gate in Kunming be built with more than 80 floors or 90 floors?

The "Gate of South Asia" in Kunming is the first super-high-rise urban complex project in Kunming jointly developed by Jiangsu Tiandi Group and Yunnan Zhongju Petrochemical Group after the successful development of Suzhou Oriental Gate Project (278m). The gate of South Asia is the new Kunming that opens the gate of Kunming, facing South Asia and the world. The project is located at No.78 Tuodong Road, Kunming, bordering Tuodong Road in the south, Baita Road in the west, Shangyi Street in the north and Planning Road in the west. It is the core area of CBD planning in the main city of Kunming. The planned land area of the project is 34,500 square meters, and the planned total construction area is 550,000 square meters, including 450,000 square meters above ground and 654.38+10,000 square meters underground.

"Gate of South Asia" has determined that the design height of the project is 316m (72 floors). The "Gate of South Asia" will integrate platinum five-star hotels, apartment hotels, 5A-level office buildings, serviced apartments and urban core businesses, and replace the original single business office with multiple composite functions.
