When applying for registration and obtaining a business license, a branch company shall submit a copy of its business license; If laws, administrative regulations and decisions of the State Council require approval for the establishment of a branch, a copy of the relevant approval documents or license certificate shall be submitted; Where a branch cancels the registration approval notice and changes its name, it shall submit a copy of the changed name registration approval notice and a copy of its business license.
