Dongguan Community Neighborhood Committee is located in the east of Wuxing Street in Changle City, starting from Langya Mountain to Aotou Natural Village in the east, crossing Jianshe Road to Huxiang from Hongqiao Lane to Ruying Lane in the west, reaching Houshan of Changyi Middle School to Lingkou Houshan in the south and Donghe Road in the north. Dongguan Sima Di is located in the north of Sima Lane, Dongguan Community, Wuxing Street, Changle District. Sima Di is the resident of Chen Hang Province, commonly known as Guanting. It was built in the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty (1573- 1620). Chen Province, a native of Guhuai, Changle County, was a scholar in the thirty-eighth year of Ming Jiajing. He used to be an official of Jinhua Prefecture, Zhejiang Province, a censor of Shanxi Province, and later an inspector of Shanhaiguan.
