Before decorating the house, the decorator should inform the neighbors. ?
Referring to Article 16 of the Measures for the Administration of Residential Interior Decoration, the decorator or the decorator and the decoration enterprise shall sign a residential interior decoration management service agreement with the property management unit. The residential interior decoration management service agreement shall include the following contents:
(a) the implementation content of the decoration project; ?
(two) the implementation period of the decoration project; ?

Referring to Article 18 of the Measures for the Administration of Residential Interior Decoration, if the property management unit reports that the decorator or decoration enterprise violates these measures, the relevant departments shall promptly go to the site to check and verify and deal with it according to law.
Referring to Article 20 of the Measures for the Administration of Residential Interior Decoration, the decorator shall not refuse or hinder the property management unit to supervise and inspect the residential interior decoration activities in accordance with the residential interior decoration management service agreement. ?
Referring to Article 21 of the Measures for the Administration of Residential Interior Decoration, any unit or individual has the right to report, accuse and complain about quality accidents, quality defects and other behaviors that affect the normal life of surrounding residents in residential interior decoration. ?
Referring to Article 50 of the Regulations of Shanghai Municipality on the Administration of Residential Property, the owners and users shall abide by the provisions of the state and this Municipality, as well as the temporary management regulations and management regulations, and use the property in accordance with the provisions on the safe use of houses. The following acts that harm the interests of the public and others are prohibited:
(a) damage to the load-bearing structure of the house;
(two) illegal construction of buildings and structures;
(three) damage to the appearance of the house;
(four) unauthorized alteration, occupation of * * * part of the property;
(five) damage or unauthorized occupation, relocation of facilities and equipment;
(six) storing inflammable, explosive, toxic, radioactive and other dangerous goods that do not meet the safety standards, or storing and stacking overloaded goods;

(eight) the noise exceeds the prescribed standard;
(nine) other acts prohibited by laws, regulations and rules.
Referring to Article 51 of the Regulations of Shanghai Municipality on Residential Property Management, owners and users shall abide by the provisions of the state and this Municipality, as well as the temporary management regulations and management regulations when decorating and decorating houses. Owners and users shall inform the realty service enterprise in advance when decorating the house. The realty service enterprise shall inform the owners and users of the prohibited acts and precautions of the decoration project.
During the renovation of houses by the owners and users, the realty service enterprise shall conduct on-site inspection on the renovation of houses, and the owners shall cooperate.
According to Article 52 of the Regulations of Shanghai Municipality on Residential Property Management, the owners and users shall use the property according to the purpose approved by the planning administrative department or specified in the real estate ownership certificate, and shall not change the nature of the use of the property without authorization.
If it is really necessary to change the nature of the use of the property, the district/county planning administrative department shall, jointly with the district/county housing administrative department, put forward the regional scope and scheme that allows the change of the nature of the use of the property, and hold a hearing to listen to the opinions of interested parties and report it to the district/county people's government for decision.
If the owner of a specific housing unit needs to change the use nature of the property in the area where the use nature is allowed to change, it shall comply with the laws, regulations and management regulations, report to the district or county housing administrative department for examination and approval with the consent of the interested owner, and go through the relevant formalities with other administrative departments according to law.
