From mason to architect 1953, Cui Zhenji was born in Gan Village, Xia Dong Town, Dianbai County. He lost his father as a teenager, and his mother was under great pressure. With a solid entrepreneurial foundation, Cui Zhenji has a sharper vision and a broader mind. He redefined the strategic goal of industrial transformation and led enterprises to enter the real estate industry. First, cooperate with "Guangzhou Golden HSBC" to develop "Peace Home" real estate project. Due to the emphasis on cost management, quality and technology, the first, second and third phases of commercial housing in the community were sold out quickly, and the "Peace Business Center" now developed has been put on the market for sale. Since then, Cui Zhenji has occupied more than 200 mu of land in Baiyun District and independently developed the "Baiyun Shangcheng Garden" community. It took only nine months from the start of the project to the market. Won the reputation of "the first batch of assured real estate in Guangdong Province" selected by Guangdong real estate industry organization. Cui Zhenji also aimed at the cultural industry with his unique vision. 1997, he donated 3.8 million yuan to build a brand-new school for his hometown.

If I enroll 5 more college students every year and 50 more college students in 10, the wealth created by these 50 college students will far exceed my school expenses.
