Property renovation deposit refund process:

1. The owner calls the management office to make an appointment for house acceptance.

2. House acceptance (the owner needs to bring the decoration application form, decoration permit and owner's ID card).

3. After the acceptance, the owner shall go through the signing formalities at the property decoration office.

4. One month after the acceptance, the owner will return the decoration money with ID card, decoration application form, decoration permit and deposit slip.
