Property companies illegally let security guards work voluntarily.

It is illegal for property companies to outsource security and cleaning services. According to the property management regulations, property companies can entrust individual management or outsourcing such as cleaning, security, greening and maintenance, but customer service and expenses cannot be entrusted. It is illegal to entrust all of them.

Legal objectivity:

Article 22 of the Regulations on Property Management, the construction unit shall formulate a temporary convention for the owners before the property is sold, and make an agreement on the use, maintenance and management of the property, the interests of the owners, the obligations that the owners should perform, and the responsibilities that they should bear in violation of the convention according to law. The temporary owners' convention formulated by the construction unit shall not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of property buyers.
