I. Recruitment Plan

(1) An applicant shall meet the following conditions

(2) Registration and qualification examination

1. Registration time and method: Registration time: February 27th to March, 2023 1 day (8: 30am-12: 00pm14: 30pm-17: 30pm). Registration method: on-site registration and on-site information collection.

(3) Physical fitness test

1. Physical fitness test mainly tests the basic physical fitness of candidates. * * There are three events in total: sitting forward, grip strength and 4× 10/0m turn-back running (see Annex 2 for the standard). (4) written examination

1. Those who pass the physical fitness test will take the written test.

The written test includes the basic knowledge of public security and public order, with a full score of 100.

Candidates must take the written test with their valid ID card and admission ticket. Those with irregular documents are not allowed to take the written test.

After the written test, the admission ticket should be properly kept. The admission ticket is a valid certificate for candidates to participate in the interview. If the candidate accidentally loses it, the consequences will be borne by the candidate himself.

(5) Interview

1. According to the ratio of the number of people to be recruited to the number of people participating in the interview 1:2, the interviewers are determined in the order of high written test scores (the final scores are tied for interviews). 2. Interview form: The interview takes the form of structured interview, and the interview time is 5 minutes, with a full score of 100.

1. Total test score = written test score ×50%+ interview score ×50%.

2. The written test scores, interview scores and total test scores are calculated to two decimal places.

(7) Physical examination

1. According to the ratio of the number of people to be recruited to the number of people participating in the physical examination 1: 1, the people participating in the physical examination are determined in the order from high to low (if the total scores are tied, the people participating in the physical examination are determined in the order from high to low).

2. Physical examination standards and items shall be implemented with reference to the relevant provisions of civil service physical examination.

3. Candidates who voluntarily give up the medical examination or fail to pass the medical examination will be replenished in the order from high score to low score (if the total score is tied, the written test scores will be replenished in the order from high score to low score).

4. Candidates who have doubts about the medical examination results can apply for re-examination.

Re-examination can only be conducted once, and the physical examination results shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion.

8. Investigation

Those who pass the physical examination are determined to be the objects of investigation.

The investigation was carried out by Taikang County Public Security Bureau in accordance with the relevant provisions on the management of grid police auxiliary personnel in villages (communities) of public security organs.

Mainly investigate the political and ideological performance, moral quality, professional ability, work performance, social credit records, etc.

When the inspectors accept the inspection, they should re-examine their qualifications.

Failing to accept the inspection as required, it shall be deemed as giving up the inspection automatically.

(9) Publicity and employment

1. Those who pass the inspection are determined to be the persons to be hired, and will be publicized on the website of Taikang County People's Government () for 5 working days.

After the expiration of the publicity period, it will be hired without objection.

2. If there is a vacancy in the recruitment position due to unqualified inspection and voluntary abandonment, it will not be replenished.

3. After the expiration of the publicity period, the proposed employee who has no objection will sign a labor contract with a third party, and the public security department will arrange the post according to the vacancy situation (the probation period is 3 months). If the probation period is unqualified, the labor contract shall be terminated.

No labor contract may be signed for those who do not obey the distribution or work arrangement.
