1, rural power management is always unremitting, and the standardized management level of power supply stations is obviously improved.

As early as XX, our bureau decided to focus on power supply. The quality of power supply directly affects the overall economic benefits of our bureau. As the competent department of nine power supply stations in the world, the business department mainly did the following work in the standardized management of power supply stations in the first half of the year:

(1) formulated and issued the "Assessment Methods for Standardized Management of Power Supply Stations" and its detailed assessment rules, and inspected and assessed the standardized management work in the last quarter in the first month of each quarter, and the assessment results served as the basis for the year-end assessment, prompting companies to incorporate standardized management work into the normal operation mechanism. In April, with the offices of biotechnology, operation and safety supervision, the standardized management inspection and assessment of power supply station in the first quarter was carried out, and the inspection and promotion effect was obvious.

(2) Formulate and issue the Construction Standards for Power Supply Groups and the Assessment Methods for Standardized Management of Power Supply Groups, and inspect and assess 29 power supply groups around the world in the last month of each quarter, covering economic indicators, data collation, equipment management, business management, environmental sanitation and many other aspects, and award the top three with flowing red flags. In the first half of the year, the quarterly assessment of power supply group was conducted twice in March and June. With the development of this work, the management tentacles of our department have extended to the grass-roots teams of power supply stations for the first time, eliminating the dead ends of standardized management.

(3) According to the chaotic situation of warehouse management in power supply station, the warehouse management in power supply station is unified and standardized. Taking Zhuge Zhuang Institute as a pilot, a warehouse management on-site meeting was held, requiring all institutions to establish and improve the post responsibility system and material management system for warehouse management, unify the procedures for warehousing and outgoing, clean up the existing inventory materials, put them in categories, and use inventory quantity cards to clear the warehouse regularly, so as to truly achieve the consistency of accounts, cards and materials. In the evaluation of power supply standardization management organized by the Municipal Bureau, the power supply warehouse management of our bureau has become a bright spot in standardized management, which has been well received by the leaders of the Municipal Bureau and colleagues of the Brother County Bureau.

(4) In order to improve the quality of agricultural electricians, 15 days, 80 agricultural electricians were trained in Rongcheng Armed Police Training Base in three batches. During the military training, the responsible personnel of our department and office ate, lived and studied with the vast number of rural power personnel, communicated extensively, understood the ideological trends of rural power personnel, and instilled the current management ideas of our bureau. For other rural power personnel, due to their older age, they spent a day on professional training and assessment, but did not have military training.

(5) According to our working idea of striving for the "Top Ten" activities this year, our department drafted and formulated the "Implementation Plan for Striving for the" Top Ten Agroelectricians "activities, which was implemented in April. This activity is different from previous activities such as "evaluating first and creating excellence". This is a process of learning, improving, evaluating, learning again and improving again. We issued self-study teaching materials and self-study plans for agricultural electricians, and took the exam once a month. According to the examination results, we will dynamically manage the candidates, and finally select' agricultural electrician' with good cultural foundation, high professional quality and excellent work completion, and participate in the professional competition of agricultural electrician organized by higher authorities for our bureau.

(6) According to the Measures for Post Wages of Workers in Power Supply Stations issued by provincial companies, combined with the actual situation of our bureau, the Measures for Post Wages Management of Agricultural Electricians (for Trial Implementation) was drafted and implemented in June. This method implements the principle of distribution according to work, and the salary distribution is reasonable, which inclines to posts with high technical requirements and heavy responsibilities, greatly mobilizing the enthusiasm of the majority of agricultural electricians.

(7) While implementing the treatment of agricultural electricians, the inspection and management of agricultural electricians have been strengthened. In the first half of the year, we investigated and dealt with three cases, namely, Banxi Village Electrician's arbitrary charges, Liujiapu Village Electrician's arrears of electricity charges and Xiheying Village Electrician's private charges.

2. Insist on marketing management and strive to improve the economic benefits of our bureau. The daily work of marketing management is mostly trivial and complicated, and a slight omission will cause economic losses to the overall situation. Therefore, our department is very cautious in marketing management, focusing on the overall situation, starting small and calculating carefully. All measures are based on improving economic efficiency. In the first half of the year, in addition to the normal copying, checking and collecting work, the following work was also done:

(1) Revise the Assessment Method for Economic Indicators of Power Supply Station, and re-approve five economic indicators, such as power supply, line loss rate and unit price of electricity sales, so that the methods and indicators tend to be more scientific and reasonable, and really play a role in mobilizing the enthusiasm of power supply station employees.

(2) 20 meter readers were purchased, infrared meter reading watt-hour meters were installed in towns and villages, and a large user remote meter reading system was installed in Liuxi 5 16 line, which changed the meter reading mode from manual meter reading to manual meter reading, far infrared meter reading and GPRS meter reading accuracy, greatly improving work efficiency and accuracy.

(3) Strengthen the management of electricity charge accounting, assign special personnel to review the user's electricity charge notice, affix a special seal for electricity charge accounting after it is correct, and strive to minimize the error rate of electricity charge. In the first half of the year, through the audit, many mistakes in electricity charges caused by calculation procedures and other reasons were corrected, and economic losses of more than 50,000 yuan were avoided.

(4) Actively coordinate with the banking department to ensure smooth channels for electricity fee recovery. The electricity fee recovery of our bureau has to go through many financial institutions, such as township credit cooperatives, county associations, industrial and commercial banks, China Construction Bank and so on. Problems in any link will affect the timely payment of electricity charges. Since the end of last year, a large number of coins and residual coins have appeared in the electricity fee of Longwan Institute, and the bank's counting speed is slow, which seriously affects the recovery speed of electricity fee. My department and finance department went to ICBC and CCB several times to coordinate and solve the problem, and finally signed a door-to-door collection agreement with CCB, and the problem of zero coins was solved.

(5) Strictly implement the electricity price policy, cooperate with the Municipal Price Bureau to complete the annual electricity price inspection, investigate the implementation of the "five small" electricity prices, and provide accurate basis for the higher price departments to formulate electricity prices. In May, according to the requirements of the provincial price bureau [XX] No.25 document, the electricity price was adjusted, and the publicity and explanation work were done well, and a petition incident caused by the increase in electricity price was properly handled.

(6) Re-examine and select the manufacturer of water conservancy prepayment watt-hour meter, train all accounting personnel on the establishment and management of prepayment accounts, properly handle the power disputes arising from the alternation of old and new procedures in Chengguan, Longwan and Sonan, and basically achieve customer satisfaction and enterprises will not suffer losses.

(7) Hold regular business analysis meetings,

Take the lead in drafting the analysis report of economic activities in the first and second quarters, and provide reference for leading business decisions. Timely summarize and report all kinds of business reports. Because of the variety of reports, because of the short reporting time, overtime is common. Because the power equipment factory and property center of our bureau began to calculate the expenses, our department adjusted the report format to reflect the real operating situation.
