5. Effectively safeguard and improve people's livelihood.

The first is to stabilize basic food security. We will comprehensively and accurately implement the national, provincial and municipal grain income security policies, coordinate agricultural funds to support the production of grain and important agricultural products, and ensure the smooth operation of the grain and oil market.

The second is to focus on stabilizing employment and expanding employment. Increase employment support for rural labor force. Continue to play the role of public welfare posts.
