Brief introduction of Greentown Garden Project

Greentown Garden is another masterpiece of Greentown City Boutique Apartment after Beijing Garden and Hangzhou Xixi Garden, and it is also the third work of Greentown Group after four years of deep cultivation of Cixi market. This project reaches Wushan South Road in the east, Third Ring Road in the south, Huang Jincheng Road (planned) in the west and No.1 Road in the north.

The first phase of Greentown Garden has a total land area of about 54,000 ㎡ and a total construction area of about 1.25 million ㎡. The first phase of planning and construction 10 high-rise residential building 17-24 floors, a total of about 923 urban boutique apartments and some businesses (shops) along the street. The high-rise residential area is about 100-200m2, and the main apartment type is 120- 130m2. It is expected to start in a limited number in June of 20 12, so stay tuned.
