Article 27

Article 28

The realty service enterprise has one of the following acts, which shall be investigated and dealt with by the competent price department according to law:

(a) without the approval of the local competent price department, charging more than the government-guided price standard;

(two) the establishment of compulsory fees without authorization;

(three) do not implement the price tag or not according to the provisions of the price tag;

(four) not according to the provisions of the record;

(five) do not implement the provisions of Article thirteenth and Article fourteenth of these measures, and expand the scope of related expenses or raise the allocation standard without authorization;

(six) other acts in violation of price laws and regulations.

Article 29

These Measures shall be interpreted by the Provincial Price Bureau in conjunction with the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
