Measures of Jiangsu Province on the Administration of Property Charges 2022

Jiangsu Provincial Development and Reform Commission issued the service standard of residential property management in Jiangsu Province. According to the property service charge standard of Jiangsu Province, the property fee standard of residential buildings without elevators in Jiangsu Province is 0.6 yuan/m2, and that of residential buildings with elevators is 1.3 yuan/m2, with fluctuation of no more than 20%.
