When you order a vehicle, whether it is a charging pile or a home charging service package, Tesla staff will take the initiative to contact you to learn about the installation location. After that, Tesla's cooperative service provider will conduct on-site investigation on the specific charging environment and provide accurate installation quotation. After the investigation is successful, the service provider will install it at home and then use it.

During the installation of Tesla charging piles, the basic installation of no more than a limited number of meters will be provided. If the cable material fee, power installation, electricity meter and other fees are exceeded, the user shall pay the installation service provider separately, and the specific charging price shall be subject to the final quotation of the service provider. In addition, users may have to pay for the following items:

3. Auxiliary construction, civil construction, decoration or decoration construction in wiring construction.
