How to deal with complaints caused by water stoppage?

Legal analysis: the water supply unit supplies water, and you pay the water fee on time. In fact, there is a contractual relationship between you. If you stop water supply without authorization and cause losses, you can call to complain.

1. First find the property management company in the residential area and ask whether the property is under maintenance or not, and whether relevant business work is going on.

2. If the property management company can't reply, then contact the water supply company to see if the water supply company has any business work in or around the community and ask about the completion time of the work so as to make the next plan.

3. If the water company still can't give a clear answer or solve the problem for a long time, call the mayor's hotline or the municipal hotline to explain the relevant situation and put forward their own reasonable requirements.

4. 123 19 is the urban construction service hotline, which is the national public service telephone number for the construction industry determined by the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Information Industry, covering public transportation, water supply, gas, heating, construction market and other aspects.

Legal basis: Article 44 of the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on Property Management. Within the property management area, water supply, power supply, gas supply, heating, communication, cable TV and other units shall charge relevant fees to the end users. Where a realty service enterprise accepts the entrustment to collect the fees mentioned in the preceding paragraph, it shall not collect additional fees such as handling fees from the owners.
