I. Instructions for General Contracting and Subcontracting Companies
1. The company office working in the building must be equipped with two 4kgABC dry powder fire extinguishers every l00m2.
2. Smoking in the office must be equipped with an ashtray, and cigarette butts and ash should not be thrown into the wastepaper basket to avoid fire.
3. After the work, check whether all power switches have been turned off, so as to prevent short circuit of power supply from causing fire.
4. Each company must report the list of fire prevention responsible persons and management personnel to the Safety Management Department for the record, so as to contact in case of emergency.
5. Strengthen the safety and fire prevention education for subordinate employees to avoid accidents during construction.
6. The management office has the right to check the safety and fire prevention of each company's office.
Second, the occupancy decoration instructions
1. When the owner moves in, he should introduce the employment of the decoration company, the main person in charge and fire safety matters to the management department.
2. The management department should distribute a decoration specification to the decoration company, requiring all decoration companies to abide by the terms in the decoration specification during the construction.
3. The decoration time of the interior decoration company is 8: 30- 18: 30 from Monday to Saturday. If the project needs to work overtime, an overtime application form should be filled in the Safety Management Department, and overtime construction can only be carried out after approval.
4. The daily decoration garbage must be transported to the garbage station by the construction unit from 18: 00 to 20: 00, and the construction unit shall not leave the daily decoration garbage until the next day, otherwise the management department will clean it up by itself, and the construction team will be responsible for all its expenses.
5. All decoration materials and garbage entering and leaving the building must be carried from the freight elevator, and any decoration materials and garbage shall not be carried from the passenger elevator.
6. Temporary wires and power switches for construction shall be arranged in an orderly manner, and shall not be laid at will to avoid hidden dangers.
7. Flammable materials such as banana oil and paint used in construction shall be managed by special personnel to prevent accidents of flammable materials.
8. All construction units should strengthen the fire safety management on the construction site to prevent accidents in the construction process.
Third, the owner notice
1. The main entrance and exit of the property building should be guarded by the security administrator 24 hours a day. If the building area is large, the management department should send people to patrol to ensure safety.
2. If the owner is disturbed by outsiders in his normal work, he should call the building safety management department immediately.
The working hours of the property building are from 8: 00 to 17: 00 every day. The owner extends the working hours due to work needs. Please fill in the overtime form and submit it to the building management department for the record.
4. Employees who need to work overtime on holidays (during the day) can enter the building only after registering with their work permit.
5. When carrying large items out of the building due to work needs, you should fill in the item release form, which can only be released after it is approved by the building management office or the safety management department. If you need to transport or store inflammable and explosive dangerous goods in the building, you should apply to the security department in the building, and you can move into the building after approval, and designate a special person to keep it.
Four. Functions of Safety Management Department
1. The responsibility of the safety management department is to solve all kinds of fire safety prevention problems encountered in the building for the owner, and it is a reliable backing for the owner's fire safety prevention work.
2. The owner needs to increase the fire alarm system due to work, and the fire management department should give specific guidance on the installation.
3. The safety management department should have a strict staff management system. Car owners call company employees to complain to the company management department in various forms, and should deal with and prevent accidents as soon as possible.
4. The building safety management department should regularly check the fire control facilities, hold regular fire drills, conduct strict rescue training for employees, and serve the owners with comprehensive professional quality.
Five, fire emergency measures
1. When you hear the fire alarm:
(1) When the fire alarm rings, it means that there may be a fire nearby.
(2) Quickly check whether there is a fire in and around your workplace.
(3) The person in charge of fire control should check whether there is danger in its location and its vicinity as soon as possible.
(4) The person in charge of fire control shall organize employees to evacuate in an orderly manner when finding danger.
2. When there is no fire in this area:
(1) If the alarm on the floor doesn't sound, it means that the fire happened near you and there is no danger now.
(2) Stay calm, and you can decide whether to leave the building by yourself even if you don't notify the evacuation.
(3) Prepare for evacuation, and leave the building immediately after receiving the notice or hearing the fire alarm on the floor.
(4) If there is no sign of fire, please don't press the alarm button on the floor.
3. When a fire is discovered:
(1) Press the nearby fire button to inform other residents and inform the building fire control center.
(2) Use nearby fire-fighting equipment to put out the fire, and do not use water to put out the fire caused by power supply.
(3) If the fire is still uncontrollable, please leave the building immediately and wait for the firefighters in the building to put out the fire.
4. Evacuation and escape
(1) Keep calm and evacuate from the fire stairs in an orderly manner according to the instructions of the fire commander or the building fire broadcast.
(2) In addition to lighting, turn off all power supplies, doors and windows.
(3) The person in charge of fire control shall count the employees of all companies and the number of evacuated visitors to assist the fire control work on site. If any employee or visitor is found missing, please inform the on-site fire commander immediately.
(4) Leave the building through the fire escape and close all fire doors. Don't repair the fire door. Except in special circumstances, all personnel must leave the building and gather in the open space outside. Don't stay in the building.
(5) Don't use the elevator to escape. When the fire alarm sounds, all elevators will automatically stop running.
(6) All units must be responsible for arranging the evacuation of disabled employees and visitors. If you need help, please inform the building management office.
(7) Do not enter the building again without the permission of the fire commander or the personnel of the building management department.
VI. Building Information
1. Fire Command
Before the public security fire brigade arrives, the head of the building management department will be the fire commander. After the arrival of the public security fire brigade, the supreme commander of the public security fire brigade is responsible for the on-site command.
2. Fire Manager
The property management company appoints a fire controller to take charge of on-site command.
3. Fire alarm button
The fire buttons in the building are clearly marked. Once the fire button is pressed, the fire alarm will sound immediately and the signal will be transmitted to the fire control center of the building immediately.
4. Automatic fire alarm system
If the building is equipped with an advanced automatic fire extinguishing alarm system, once smoke is generated, the system will give an alarm immediately. If the temperature reaches above 60 degrees Celsius, the automatic sprinkler system will spray water to extinguish the fire.
5. Taipingmen exit
Each floor of the building is equipped with multiple fire exits to facilitate people to escape. The lighting of the exit passage is all connected to the emergency power supply of the building, and all the lighting systems of the evacuation passage can work normally in case of fire, so as to ensure the orderly evacuation of personnel.
6. Fire doors
The fire door can be closed automatically, which can prevent the fire and smoke from spreading to the evacuation passage. Therefore, the fire door should be closed frequently and cannot be opened and fixed at will.
Step 7 take a detour
Don't use the elevator when you escape in an emergency. Please use the nearest evacuation stairs to evacuate the building quickly and gather in a safer place on the ground.
8. Building fire broadcasting system
All floors of the building are equipped with public address system, which will guide people by playing tapes in case of fire.
The staff evacuated safely, and the information on all tapes will be played in English, Mandarin and local dialects respectively.
