What is property qualification?

Refers to the qualification certificate of property service enterprises, and enterprises without qualification cannot engage in property management.

Property management enterprise qualification grade is divided into one, two and three levels.

The competent construction department of the State Council is responsible for the issuance and management of the qualification certificate of the first-class property management enterprise. The real estate departments of the people's governments of provinces and autonomous regions are responsible for the issuance and management of the qualification certificates of secondary property management enterprises, and the real estate departments of the people's governments of municipalities directly under the Central Government are responsible for the issuance and management of the qualifications of secondary and tertiary property management enterprises, and accept the guidance and supervision of the construction departments of the State Council.

Property company qualification process:

The newly established property management enterprise shall, within 30 days from the date of obtaining the business license, apply to the municipal or district competent department where the industrial and commercial registration is located for qualification:

1, business license.

2. Articles of Association.

3. capital verification certificate.

4, the identity certificate of the legal representative of the enterprise.

5. Professional qualification certificates and labor contracts of property management professionals, professional title certificates and labor contracts of management and technical personnel.

6, the corresponding office space and rules and regulations.

For newly established property management enterprises, the qualification level is approved according to the lowest level, also called tentative level 3, tentatively for one year. After one year, the performance reaches the corresponding standard, and the property qualification can be upgraded.
