Decision on some previously issued government regulations

In order to meet the needs of China's entry into the WTO, the municipal government has comprehensively cleaned up 120 government regulations issued from 1997 to the end of 2006. After cleaning up, the municipal government decided:

1. There are 98 government regulations that continue to be implemented (see Annex 1 for the list).

Two, the abolition of the main contents of the new laws, administrative regulations and the new situation does not adapt to the two government regulations (see Annex 2).

Three. According to the rules-making procedure, nine government regulations whose contents are incompatible with the new laws, administrative regulations and China's commitment to join the WTO are revised (see Annex 3 for the catalogue).

Four, unified announcement has been explicitly abolished and replaced by new local regulations or government regulations abolished government regulations 1 1 (see Annex 4 for the list).
