What does Hengtong International Innovation Park do?

Hengtong International Innovation Park is adjacent to Airport Expressway, Wangjing Business Circle and 798 Art Zone. Formerly known as Beijing Panasonic Color Picture Tube Co., Ltd., it was transformed into an industrial park in 20 13, providing property leasing services such as office meetings and exhibitions for culture and art, advertising media, electronic information, innovative and creative enterprises.

The park covers an area of about 200,000 square meters, with an existing building area of about 6,543,800 square meters and a leaseable area of about 6,543,800 square meters. The floor area ratio is low and the supporting facilities are complete. High-tech enterprises in the park can enjoy the same tax reduction and exemption policy as Zhongguancun Science Park.
