Resignation procedure of industry Committee director

Legal analysis: the director of the industry Committee should submit a written application to the owners' Committee, and get the consent of the owners' Committee, and the owners' Committee will choose another director from the members of the industry Committee. During the absence of the director, the deputy director will temporarily assign the work.

Legal basis: Article 285 of the Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC): Property service enterprises or other managers shall, on the entrustment of the owners and in accordance with the provisions of the third part of this Law on property service contracts, manage the buildings and their ancillary facilities within the building division, accept the supervision of the owners, and promptly answer the owners' inquiries about property services.

Property service enterprises or other managers shall implement emergency measures and other management measures implemented by the government according to law, and actively cooperate with relevant work.
