There is no need to pay property fees for handling real estate licenses. The fees for handling the real estate license are as follows:

2. Stamp duty. If the residential area is less than 90 square meters, stamp duty is not required; Residential area of more than 90 square meters, according to the housing transaction price of 0.05% levy;

Property ownership certificate handling process:

1, initial registration. The initial registration of developers is a necessary prerequisite for their own real estate license. According to the regulations, real estate development enterprises should submit the materials needed for real estate license to the real estate department where the house is located within 60 days from the date of delivery of commercial housing;

Whoever obtains the land use right by allocation or allocation shall apply to the land administration department of the local people's government at or above the county level for registration, which shall be verified by the land administration department of the local people's government at or above the county level, and the land use right certificate shall be issued by the people's government at the same level.

After verification by the land administration department of the people's government at the same level, the land use right certificate shall be replaced or changed by the people's government at the same level.
